Horrible service. Currently in the market and contacted Savvy + Co via chat online for more information regarding a house that is coming soon. I couldn't even get details about this home unless I was willing to speak with one of their agents or had my agent contact for details. Definitely need to open their doors for all customers during their buying phases, especially the research phase. I don't need someone to try to sell me something when I'm not ready yet. The rude part was how she closed the chat with me, I probably would have accepted further discussion with my agent had she provided me with directions on how I should go about locating the property.
