They do not return phone calls. Very unprofessional. Multiple voicemails left buy our agent explaining the tight time frame and need for a response and never a return call. They had a home listed for sale and for rent. We made initial contact and after the second response (via email from Jason Graves) we were informed another couple was interested in the property. We were willing to do a lease agreement with a purchase clause after one year and Jason already had a lease proposal in hand so he had no desire to do anything else. His clients would have had a tenant locked into purchasing their home after one year, instead they have a short-term rental only tenant and will have to start the process again. Obviously only his best interest in mind and not the clients he is representing. As stated in other reviews, Linda was "unreachable." I will make sure that anyone I know in the real estate market steers clear of her group. Total lack of respect for potential clients.

Lisa V. was my buyer's agent and kept me informed, listened to what I had to say, my questions, and my concerns. I felt like a person and friend, as opposed to a number! I was introduced to Eddi Boucher of Linda Craft and Team Realtors and thanks God for that! Moved from Honolulu, Hawaii new to North Carolina hoping for my only relative to settle me in was a great deal but irrespective of her valiant effort of finding me a suitable property to rent was a very uphill and tough task considering her residing at Apex 5+ years. After almost 02 weeks of hunting, like I said, by some chance, we were most lucky to get in touch with Eddi Boucher and it just took her TWO days to show us almost 10 properties and we found our dream property. Kim Crump and I had a mutual client who we had both been working with for at least 6 months, though we were unaware of each other. My experience as the mortgage lender was excellent from a couple perspectives. First, there was no drama. Linda has a "Buyer Closing Manager" which was the first I've had such a pleasant experience with. In the (sometimes challenging) world of lending, Nogui Aramburo was our point of contact. Polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Where other may bristle to no avail, Nogui just "got it done" quickly and efficiently. Quite painless for us. At closing I met Kim Crump for the first time. Besides her slight remaining Australian accent, it was clear my client was extremely happy with the effort and time Kim had invested in finding them the right home at the right price with the right seller concessions. Closing was a truly happy event. Linda Craft has a great team.

It was very noticeable that she did not want to be there and was uncomfortable, but at that time no google feedback. We sold that house in 2007 and Linda had a nerve to send us a advertising postcard as if we were looking for sales agent, yeah right.

Words cannot express my gratitude for Kim Crump, the best buyer's agent at Linda Craft & Team..... I'm a first time home buyer and she went above and beyond to help me with everything in the home buying process. Additionally, she was very open-minded as I was shopping for houses with my partner.... many other agents treated same-sex couples very different. Kim works ALL hours of the day and weekend- she made herself available all weekend- even all day Sunday. She returns phone calls and texts very quickly, and she's on top of everything even after you put in your offer. Kim even went to the home inspection and reinspection when I wasn't available (I live out of state). She is truly a blessing.... and SO great and knowledgable at what she does. I could ramble on & on, but Kim Crump is the best agent I've ever met and would recommend her above ANY other agent :) Also, the closing manager and Linda Craft were helpful in the buying process too- the team works so well together. Closed on a home today where the seller was represented by Linda Craft's team. If anyone reading this views a home that is listed by this team RUN the other direction as fast as you can. They are not friendly to deal with and in fact I offered and paid less for the home I purchased because of the arrogance of the agents that work for her. From initial offer, to DD period, to closing, this team was a not with it. Most importantly, today during closing, the closing specialist Jennifer Hicks, almost blew the deal with her arrogant, disrespectful, and rude behavior. I have to say she was one sentence away from blowing the whole deal for everyone. From the moment she walked in to closing (late by the way) you could tell she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and was looking for a fight. If you do end up deciding that a Linda Craft represented home is the one for you, please, please, please, take one word of advice. In your offer request that ANYONE but Jennifer Hicks closes the deal on closing day. Sellers please head this advice as well. There are a lot of agents in Raleigh that have a team that brings less drama than Linda Craft's. Don't let the Carolina Hurricanes sponsorship persuade you. Her teams behavior effected my offer and in the end cost the sellers money. In a nutshell, when dealing with The Linda Craft Team, and especially with Jennifer Hicks, proceed with caution!!!
