Three negative experiences. Mr. Blake did not return my email, and two other members on his team treated us unprofessionally. I guess they will only welcome folks with million dollar homes, and not waste their efforts on smaller sales. There are better options out there, keep searching.

POOR! POOR! I am extremely dissatisfied and will not purchase any property listed or represented by a BUDDY BLAKE realtor. First, the listing agent did not accurately convey some important factors on listing: what items convey etc. Once my offer was submitted the items changed. The disclosure statement was not readily available. Once we received the Disclosure statement, it was false and misleading while the homeowner stated the BUDDY BLAKE listing agent knew these facts. The fence on the property was installed 3 feet over the property line extending onto neighboring property and this was never disclosed. I learned this after I spent money on deposit, due diligence and appraisal of home. Again, the homeowner stated the Buddy Blake team was informed of this information. This cost me money. Additionally, the parcel number was used was incorrect on the original listing and the wrong plot was used in listing. This plot showed the property was surveyed two additional times since original plot and revealed wetlands on property. Again, this was misrepresentation of facts and downright misleading. I asked for specific information regarding wetlands on the property which again was not disclosed and cost me time and money. I asked listing agent and homeowner to provide proof of no building code violations. I was told there were not any concerns and when I called the building inspector there were indeed violations. I had to call Army Corp of Engineers and spent hours of my time trying to get an accurate and honest answer which I had requested from BUDDY BLAKE’S listing agent. All of this could have been avoided if BUDDY BLAKE would have done their job professionally and accurately while listing the property with appropriate information. I withdrew my offer after learning about all the errors, misrepresentations and inaccuracies. At this point, I did not trust BUDDY BLAKE I lost my due diligence monies and the money I spent on the appraisal. However, there are more problems. The termination of contract clearly stated my address to return my deposit. After three weeks, I did not receive deposit and learned they never mailed it. Another ten days elapsed and I learned they mailed my check to an incorrect address. To date, I still have not received my deposit money. Then after all of this transpired the listing agent had the nerve to ask me if I would turn over the appraisal I paid for to his client. Absolutely disgusted and I will make sure I share my experiences!

It was the most awful experience in my life!!!! Buddy Blake and his team have nasty attitudes, are unwilling the spend time with customers, and not willing the bend a inch for customers. In a weeks time he increased my prices anywhere from $250.00-$1,000.00 for items we were negotiating on a new construction home. Even though he was confronted about the prices being cheaper the week before he said the more expensive prices "were was it was" (those were his exact word). After doing research on this team I found out they were not well liked by many people and were not very respected. I wish I would have known all this before I fell in love with the home I was trying to purchase. Be careful and shop around don't be these scum bags next victim. If you decide to go with this team beware they will cuss at you and act like you are dirt under their feet.
