Any time I suggested ways to enhance our listing, he listened, and made meaningful improvements. He also sourced out some one to do work on our property to enhance its image. He was always very on target about how the market was doing and whether or not it would impact our listing price. In the long run, our lots finally sold in a fairly slow market.
