Fantastic experience. Signing up to use Yoreevo I initially expected to lose some of the quality of a traditional broker, given that you're effectively paying a lower price. That was 100% not the case. The company was extremely professional, knowledgeable, extra responsive, and helpful in dealing with my numerous questions given that I was a first time buyer. James guided me through the process step by step and made the search, application, negotiation, legal process and closing seem like a relative breeze. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

Don’t be fooled by the fact that these guys give you more than half of the commission back to you... these are serious folks in real estate. I found Leon almost two years ago when I was just thinking about seeing a place and thought that there must be people like this. For the past two years, they were always a call or email away to help me, and though I was a pain when it comes to negotiations/details, they were nothing but delightful to deal with. (we bought a place in Westchester and they had to go up there from NYC many times through this transaction without any complaints) If you are thinking about hiring someone, don’t even think twice about it - you will love these guys (Leon and Ali in our case) and they will give you a check that’s literally much bigger than what they collect in the end. I will definitely send my friends their way without any hesitation.

We’ve used a handful of agents/different agencies for purchases and sales of properties and we were very pleased with Yoreevo, we worked with James and Ali (mainly Ali Shulman). The structure of Yoreevo just makes sense to us and it was obviously amazing to save money. Ali was incredibly responsive, explained things well and was great at feeling out what our needs were as clients. My husband and I had been searching for apartments for quite some time, and had many fall through for various reasons. So we needed someone’s help, but wanted them to be much more hands off than typical agents are. We were very happy with how easy going and flexible Ali was. When we needed help scheduling appointments or needed her present, she was there and made herself available. Most of the time it was easier for us to go on our own and do things ourselves as we have two babies and our schedules constantly revolved around their feeds, naps and tantrums. I really appreciated how Ali was present but not pushy (which is a tough balance for agents.) If we needed an agent again in the future I would absolute use Yoreevo and we highly recommend them to our family and friends that are looking to purchase or sell.
