I completely realize that he has other duties such as managing the company, but he went out of his way to be there for me throughout the entire purchase process. HomeDax employed a pricing strategy that didn't show awareness of the market, repeatedly broke co-op rules during showings and was reactive rather than proactive with listing changes. I would estimate a loss of at least $50k between home value and holding expenses. When I asked to be let out of the contract, the first time I was told no, and the 2nd time they didn't even respond to the email. Very disappointing experience.

We'd worked with a number of other Brokers who didn't work out for various reasons, one didn't particularly listen to our concern, one abandoned us mid-transaction.
