Very unprofessional brokerage and use illegal tactics to try to steal money from clients. They actually tried to charge an additional fee on a no-fee apartment and were caught in the process by the landlord. The building was 34 st marks and the Property Manager, Steve Kaplan, was also involved. DO NOT rent from Enriko or Naina (or anyone) at GZB. They were the brokers trying to charge the illegal fee.

I worked with one of GZB agents (Meir Bar-Yonas) and definitely do NOT recommend them to anyone. He was not only unprofessional, but also not responsive at all. After many emails and texts and phon calls, he showed me some units, and then he diasappeared. I contacted him to follow up and submit an application, but he never responded any of texts or phone calls. It was a waste of time and energy. Avoid GZB by all means..!

Dejan is very professional, personable, knowledgeable of the Manhattan area. On numerous occasions, he made a special trip out to the building just for us. My fiancé and I had an awesome experience with GZ Brokers. Ethan G worked so hard to show me many different places to make sure that I found the perfect apartment. I really enjoyed spending time with him and exploring all the different places. I am SOOO in love with my new place. It was in my price range and better then what I imagined. He did a lot of work to make sure I moved quickly, got approved and got an excellent deal! With a wedding and so many expenses coming, this was such a smooth and easy process. THIEFS, LIARS & SCAM ARTISTS. GZB Realty and their agent Milica Komnenic will steal your money and not refund a dime. I want to put this warning up here right away to save others but trust I will return to edit this post to include details of my experience.

DISHONEST AND UNFAIR. REALTY COMPANIES ARE A DIME A DOZEN HERE, GO ELSEWHERE! GZB Realty has atrocious customer service. They lied to me on multiple occasions in order to get my money initially and then gave me a refund check of $1000 that was returned by Chase bank for insufficient funds. Instead of giving me a new check and apologizing, they blamed me and Chase and refused to write me a new check or pay for the returned check fee. Dishonest and unfair. Avoid this company at all costs. There are so many other companies that won’t even ask for your money to do their job and will refund it immediately with no hassle... don’t use GZB.
