He was honest; quick to respond and made sure no questions stayed unanswered.

Nicholas Dullea the owner of the company was our broker and he was great every step of the way. We were first time buyers and Nick patiently explained the entire sales process to us so that we were very comfortable when we finally found the perfect house. The house needed a little work so Nick was able to negotiate a great price for us. And then he referred us a an excellent contractor who did a phenomenal job with some cosmetic renovation in a few rooms. Nick also referred us a very good real estate lawyer and mortgage broker as well. He was truly instrumental in making our purchase a very positive experience.
