Lana Tarashvili was the best broker I could possibly meet in NYC! After patiently waiting for my arrival for more than 1 hour in the first showing, Lana made sure to detail all my needs and subsequently focused the search in exactly what I requested her. She surely showed me more than 30 properties throughout almost 1 month of search. More than that, she was available to show properties and arrange showings at extended and atypical hours due to my pretty busy and crazy work schedule, many times including showings during Saturdays and Sundays. We had already seen some places before meeting Afik, but none of them ticked all of our boxes. Our search took a good turn when we met Afik. Afik was quick, proactive, and energetic. He was also the first agent this time who asked us what we were looking for (surprising, I know!). After seeing the places (the one we asked to see and another two he recommended based on our criteria) he showed us, we stopped our search because he delivered on what we were looking for. It was evident during the showing that Afik has good rapport with the buildings we saw and their supers, which is extra assurance for us. It's also worth noting that he is very responsive to our messages. And he kept the communication between us and the landlord open and smooth during the application process and provided us timely updates. Terrible service. Our associate did not listen to our needs and lied to us about the listing just so he could make commission. We signed the lease with multiple assurances from our Caliber Associate, only to be notified by the building that the amenity (allowing a dog) was not covered by our lease and we had 30 days to either terminate our lease and vacate or to get rid of the dog. Unnecessarily stressful, awful customer service, and deceitful associate. Whole heartedly would not recommend.

Afik is very personable and treats his clients like friends or family. He really cares about your happiness and well being. As we were going around looking at properties it felt like I was seeing an old friend from college. This is my first apartment ever in New York, even in America and I do not know how I would get through it without Walter. He was, not only professional, informative, but also very helpful. I never like to deal with brokers but I now have a totally different mindset after meeting with Walter. On the 1st meeting, he showed me other options rather than just the one I asked for, which is very considerate for him.
