Five stars isn't enough to rate Kurstin Johnson. She is the single best realtor I have ever used—and I've used a lot of them all over the country. It took her no time to evaluate our needs, determine our taste, and show us homes that fit the bill. As we toured those homes, Kurstin would point out issues so subtle that they would never have occurred to us. She repeatedly steered us away from trouble. When we found the property that we liked, it too, had issues but Kurstin protected us like a mother hen, guaranteeing as much as she could that the sale would have a favorable outcome. As a result, the sale not only required extraordinary work on her part, but an inordinate amount of her time. Yet she remained cheerful, upbeat, and optimistic to the day we closed. Many times previous times, I have started out on good terms with realtors, but as the sale drew to a close, their attention drifted to other prospects, and dropped the ball by closing time, and I ended up losing respect for their professionalism. In Kurstin's case, after we took possession of the house, she continued to work work on our behalf. She took extra steps to insure that the house of our dreams was just that. In fact, Kurstin's good karma imbues our house. Anyone who hires her as a realtor will end up feeling as fortunate as we do. Hands down, Kurstin Johnson is the best realtor we've ever used, and I predict she will be the best realtor you ever hired as well.

After reading several reviews on Zillow I chose Kurstin and boy are we glad we did. During the time I've spent with Kurstin I found her extremely knowledgable, forthright and helpful. We didn't live in the area and when we found a home we really liked over the Fourth of July holiday she devouted a good portion of the holiday weekend to talk to us about the home/area and coordinate a video walk through on the Fourth of July per our request. After that kurstin and her team did an amazing job welcoming us to ABQ. We've bought several homes and this has been the best experience for us to date. We all are busy with life but, when someone goes above and beyond to help us through a difficult time, we should take timeout and express our appreciation. Kurstin Johnson and her amazing team at Vista Encantada Realtors truly came through for me and my family when I listed my sister's house with them. First of all, I live out of state and had no prior real estate dealings in Albuquerque. I looked on-line at several realtor firms, spoke with several qualified agents. After speaking with Kurstin, I chose Vista Encantada as they seemed to understand my special circumstances. Kurstin presented a marketing plan which emphasized the house's strong points including the family friendly N.E. neighborhood, beautiful yard and gardens as well as the school district. When the house hit the MLS, it was two days until we received an offer and the house sold in one week! Of course, there were a few concessions and some back and forth negotiations as in any transaction. Through it all, Kurstin and her very professional team kept me fully informed. I was especially relieved that anytime I needed to contact her office, her team was always available and responsive to my calls and issues.
