Tracy and her team are on the ball. They have experience and expertise to get the job done. Tracy helped us purchase our home in 2013 and now she has helped us sell that home in record time. Our house was on the market for 11 hours . ( I think that is a new record). Emily is Tracy's assistant and she is efficient and super friendly on the phone. If you want the job done and the job done right than I would highly recommend Tracy Venturi and her team to help you sell or purchase your home. 5 stars is not enough for this team. They are the best real estate team we have ever worked with and we move quite frequently due to our job. Highly recommend!

My review of Tracy Venturi starts well before my wife and I moved to New Mexico. We had decided on relocating to the Albuquerque area, so after considerable research, I contacted Tracy. Tracy provided extensive information about the area and the homes we were interested in. She was aware of the fact that living 1200 miles from here, it was not practical for us to hop across the country on any kind of regular basis to see homes. To compensate for that, Tracy went out of her way to thoroughly inspect homes, so she could provide details. Additionally, she sent a multitude of detailed photos to help us better evaluate homes from our remote location. After having decided on a builder, Tracy assisted with the buying process and negotiated various aspects of the final contract terms to our advantage. We would highly recommend Tracy to anyone needing assistance with a real estate transaction. She is knowledgeable, very easy to deal with, and she works diligently toward achieving customers' goals.

This review is about Shana Garcia with the Venturi Team: Occasionally, you find professionals who are so on top of their game and good at what they do that you can actually relax and know that you're in good hands. We felt that way with Shana. At every step of the process, she suggested and negotiated things that helped us with our goals. We felt she was really looking out for our interests, not just trying to make the sale end quickly. We got a great price on the house and ample assistance with closing costs and repairs from the seller. In lots of small ways, she had our backs and was able to make things go smoothly when they could have fallen apart. She was great at talking with the seller's agent in particular, to explain our requests and so on, and I think it's good to have an agent who knows how to talk to the seller's agent well. She's also just a pleasure to work with and very professional and friendly, with a good sense of humor and an unflappable attitude (which helped us when when we were stressed out). We were a little intimidated by the whole house buying process, but she helped us feel comfortable and confident. We often remarked that we were happy to be bringing such a competent and professional agent with us when it came to negotiation with the seller. We would definitely recommend her as someone who will help look out for your needs.

The realtor & team members were less than satisfactory. The communication was horrible. They didn't even call us back when we wanted to look for a new home. There were lots of excuses about not returning calls. Our home buying realtor answered our questions instead. Our home sold, but we ended up using another realty team to buy a new home 20 minutes away. We were very happy that we chose the Silesha Team for purchasing!
