Phil both rented me a studio for a year and then sold my gorgeous home for me! He is a consummate professional and just plain takes care of things. The buyers broker was a complete idiot and Phil handled it wonderfully so the sale was not lost. He got me over top dollar for my home and from listing to moving out, it was 30 days! Phil is a real estate machine. You want Phil on your side. I’ve purchased, sold and leased a lot of property, both commercial and personal over the years. I’m really happy I found Phil.
