Overall horrible experience, trying to get issues fixed in the home took forever and communication between the owner and realtor was lacking. If for some reason you decide to rent with this company completely document everything with pictures including plants in the yard. If you do not they will take complete advantage of you. I’d give them a lower rating if I could... Update 4/11/2018 We were charged $800 for plants that were already dead upon move in date. I cannot stress enough to document everything with this company.

Do not rent from them. We rented for a year, and by the time when we left, they kept all most all of our deposit for ridiculous reasons. Stay away from them.
