In 25 years I've dealt with many realtors. I have to say Steffen out shines and is the absolute most professional in the area. Yes he's very young and relatively a baby in his field but he runs circles around the dinosaurs out there. He was, by a bizarre set of circumstances, selected as the court ordered realtor for a divorce case in District Court. I met him within a week of the order and got the home listed. He was very patient with my circumstances as I had to deal with difficult circumstances. He's patient and tenacious. His responsiveness is amazing. I could not have asked for a better person than him to help me close a difficult chapter in my life.

Workig along side Steffan during a complex multi unit transaction was an amazing experience because he was knowledgeable, responsive and extremely client focused. I was impressed immediately with the way he handled all parties throughout the transaction, showing up for inspections, appraisal and helped our client get bids on repairs that needed done so they could work out the next steps. After everything was negotiated & handled all parties were happy especially the buyer!
