Brandon & Elisa were top notch right from the start. They responded quickly to my initial attempt to reach them and were able to meet with myself and the seller of a new listing with 1 day notice, were on time, courteous, and insightful and were prompmptly hired by the seller. The home was staged within a few days just in time for pictures and once we listed we got 3 offers in 36 hours and sold! The home was an older one that needed a little added warmth from some staged furniture and Showhomes delivered the goods which helped us get a lot of traffic and multiple offers nearly as soon as we hit the market. Couldn't be happier with the process from beginning to end. I am so happy that I had an opportunity to have their service from Showhomes of Santa Fe. An instant sale!! It is almost like a miracle. House was sold!! An offer came right away from the very first showing! Now I’m waiting for the escrow close. When I saw the pictures from Elisa right after their staging, I was choked! So beautiful, at the same time, such a relief I felt!! I knew the house would sell quickly. The presentation of my house on Zillow with their staging were so gorgeous and so inviting! My husband and I moved from the Boston MA area to Rio Rancho NM about a year ago. We brought very little furniture with us because we wanted to move on from a quaint New England home design to a Southwest home design. Our Real Estate Agent referred us to Elisa & Brandon to help us design our brand new home. We can not say enough about how fabulous these two people are. They spent a lot of time with us, and helped us design our beautiful home. Their patience was outstanding, and they listened to everything we described that we wished for. When we weren't being realistic they very gently made suggestions that turned out to be awesome. When we had a few moments of panic when something didn't work out, they calmed us down and redirected our search. They always asked the right questions and were kind, considerate and thorough. But most importantly, they were just great fun to be with. We enjoyed every minute we spent with them from choosing a rug, end tables, sofa's, chairs, kitchen stools, lamps to hanging all of our art work with expertise. They are very detail oriented and thought of things we never even considered, which added great elements to the design. Not only do we have a beautiful home that gets us lots of compliments and "oohs" and "ahhs", but we are very proud to call them friends now! They are the most talented, dedicated and kind people we know. Thank you Brandon and Elisa for being so good at what you do and for working so hard at your craft.
