Great experience working with Dan Marshall to get a foreclosed house. It was a bit stressful to get this kind of house (foreclosures are not easy to work with), but Dan was able to help me work through on what to do to get the house. He helped with the more confusing aspects of inspections, utilities, and dealing with the bank selling the property. He did everything he could to help me get the house, even going to the utilities department in person to figure things out for inspections! I really appreciated his help and would recommend him to anyone!

Any question we had she would answer, and if she did not have an answer she would find one either by researching or collaborating with her coworkers at Santa Fe Realty Unlimited. We finally decided to put a bid in on an auction home and won it. Eleanor went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and educated on each step of the process. Customer Service

Sure they are great when you are about to drop money and buy a house from them but good luck getting help after the sale closes. Seller didn’t leave items as per the contract and I had a property question and Santa Fe Reality can’t even return my phone call or help out. Pretty poor service on a 600k property sale. Also I love how quick you reply to a negative review when it affects your business yet when I call and email my questions regarding help they go unanswered. So your business is more important than my business needs? Yet my business keeps your business open. Makes sense!

In the Santa Fe County area there are a lot of premiere real estate agents, most of those agents are incredibly pushy and self profit motivated. Santa Fe realty Unlimited is the most straight forward broker in Santa Fe. Leland Titus was my agent and he did a phenomenal job of helping us stand our ground with the seller's agent, we negotiated a great deal very quickly, closing in only three amendments! To be honest, Leland was the only person during my transaction that was Timely and 100% accurate on all documents the first time, maybe he should start a Land Title Company too! Periodically coming in from out-of-state to house hunt, we tried to find the right property but were unsuccessful. Leland was voted Best Realtor on "Best in Santa Fe 2016" so we contacted him to help us. Leland devoted several days in a row on three separate trips to help us scour the market and refine out requirements. When we found the right property, he negotiated a price well below what we even hoped for. Then he expertly managed a thorough inspection, calling in specialists as needed.
