Dishonest, poor customer service and unwilling to admit when they are wrong. Look elsewhere if you're looking for honest and experienced help selling or buying. We worked with Elizabeth Beraun who misstated her experience and was not truthful during our interactions. She rushed our house onto the market, never provided us with disclosure paperwork and refused to modify the description of our home whiuch she cut and pasted from the prior Zillow add. After being confronted she doubled down and refused to allow for an unconditional termination resulting in a very complicated sales process and the involvement of attorneys. DO NOT use REMAX or Mrs. Beraun if your looking for a seamless real estate transaction.
