Then Red Rock helped us sell our home and that was even quicker. We had two months in between tenants to the time we closed on our home. We rented a home from Red Rock Realty for a year and had an absolutely terrible experience when it came to getting our deposit back. The house and yard was meticulously taken care of the entire time of our lease. However, a couple weeds grew back in the weeks between when we cleaned up the yard and when our lease ended. Red Rock deducted a large amount from our deposit refund to cover the cost of pulling these weeds. Considering the time that was spent cleaning up the yard (I even had pictures to show before and after of the yard work I had done) the deduction from the deposit refund was not fair. I would NOT recommend renting a home from Red Rock Realty for this reason.

We are grateful to Arun and Marissa from Red Rock Realty and Investments of New Mexico. The same day I sent the request to see the rental property, I received an appointment from Arun for the following day. The next day my husband and I met Marissa at the property. She walked us through the home and answered all of our questions. We expressed our desire to rent the property and she made the leasing process painless and easy. Marissa is professional, courteous and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend her and Red Rock Realty and Investments of New Mexico!

In short,hired to manage one of the many properties we had.Should've known day of tenant moving in,they decide to disclose personal information about tenant & after doing research & getting feedback from our insurance agent etc on the matter, we continued forward with the lease.They were very attentive to tenants requests when it came to repairs but when we requested inspections etc we got the run around or that inspections were done & they "ONLY take photos if there are damages." I began to think that tenant was related to someone who worked with the company,as they always sided with tenant. Well when it came time to get back our possession of home to list for sale, obviously it was not in the same as new condition we had had it prior to lease & damages were noted & was sworn that compensation would be in our account as soon as possible since we needed to repair fast as we were repairing to list by end of week.6 weeks later and after repeated calls of what was to be paid and when, owner Arun began to call & of course state that his coworker Jason should've never told me that I would be getting paid quickly & excuse after excuse not to pay the full amount what was owed to us. The pet deposit for one and the damage deposit for all other damages and various draperies that were not accounted for at final walk thru, we got a deposit for $600 total.Mind you the pet deposit alone was $500 & ruined carpet throughout the house not to mention nail polish on wood floors and travertine bathroom counters...Property management goes to bat for tenants but not for the home owners.

The person who came to show us a house was intoxicated.... at 3:00 in the afternoon on a Friday. SO unprofessional. He was trying to hide it by acting fine and chewing gum but my husband and I could smell the alcohol on him. A lot. Also they said my husband had a criminal background. My husband works for the federal government with level 3 clearance. There is another man in New Mexico with the same name that has a record and they couldn't even bother to make sure they were running the right persons records. This place is very shady.

Went to see house texted Jason and even called to see if he was coming. Got zero answers and no show. Either they are over loaded or just don't do their job well. Would hate to think if I needed a repair what that would be like.

do NOT live here! Signed a year long lease, in that year my heater broke every week during the winter and never got replaced, my roof got a leak and snow dripped on my bed and it was NEVER fixed. I would not recommend renting from them . They care very little about their tenants.

I was ill informed about the credit score requirements for approval. I asked at the beginning of the process, due to my less than shiny credit score, if they accepted cosigner's/co-applicants to help with my approval odda. I was told yes. I was very upfront with them regarding my situation and my credit score. At this time I should have been told the application criterion as iwnas upon my declination. Instead inwasted time and money to be told the day after I submitted my application and the related fees that I didn't get approved because of MY credit score! My co-applicant hashgreat creidt! This feels like a scam to get an additional $35 app from people!!! I spent $70 to find out what I should have been told at the beginning of the process. This wasted money and time could have and SHOULD have been avoided if the company and its manager ran the establishment with any kind if integrity!!!!
