Mazzola Inc. of Cedar Crest, NM sets the bar in the East Mountain area of ABQ low with terrible customer service and sub-par competence. If you're considering renting a home with this company as the property "managers", be aware that you'll be treated like a second class citizen as a "tenant". All they care about is the homeowner. Throw in a difficult circumstance and forget it. Lee Wilfrid's customer service skills are juvenile at best. If you're a homeowner looking to rent your home, go with Moonlight Realty or rent the home yourself. Perhaps Lee Wilfrid and Liz Mazzola are better at the selling and buying process but experience tells me if you're unethical and incompetent on the rental side, you're likely not very good on the sales side of things either.

My husband and I have rented from Liz Mazzola for two years now. Mazzola Inc has been an absolute pleasure to work with. This property Management company has always been professional, courteous, timely with repairs of the house and always looking out for the best interest of BOTH renter and owner. Liz Mazzola is always fair, and works with the utmost integrity. When I relocate back to NM we look forward to working with her again in the future for either a purchase of a home, or a rental property.

DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY FROM MAZZOLA. I rented from Lee at Mazzola and it was a bad experience. They will make you think you are getting a good deal at first... We were without water multiple times which took far too long to be diagnosed. Also, my main issue, they gave me a horrible return on my deposit. They conjured up charges that were totally unreasonable. Never been treated this bad on any deposit .Tried calling and texting Lee multiple times with no response what so ever. No integrity! Save yourself and find another property management company in the East Mountains. Two thumbs down

just a follow up to a previous review I had done........ I wanted to change my review and now give immediate thanks to Liz and Lee for hearing our concerns and going above and beyond to get the things we were asking for handled. Renting isn't something we're used to and we jumped the gun in making a review that may have not been so favorable. I can say with pure honesty that we are satisfied with our home, with the company that we are renting from and personally happy with Lee and Liz. They've righted the things we asked and to above our expectations. Liz even went as far as calling us personally to make sure we were comfortable and secure in our new home. This company manages many amazing properties and we would like to say thanks and give two thumbs up to East Mountain Rentals. Don't hesitate to make a deal with them if you're making a move. They stand by their word and will make sure you are 100% satisfied with your living arrangements. Thanks again and we are definitely loving our new home!!
