They also have the largest network of brokers around the world (and the Santa Fe brokers actually travel and network with other KW brokers on a regular basis). The brokers at this company are constantly attending educational events and conferences. Their investments in technology are unrivaled. They are rapidly taking market share and will continue to grow as they work the networks in Santa Fe's top feeder markets.

Unprofessional conduct by Renee Williams. My home was left unsecure with the front door open upon my arrival home from out of town. I was not given pertinent details about the progress of the buyer's loan in a timely manner in order to make informed decisions. The first closing date was not met, thus turning the purchase of my new home into chaos. The second closing was also not closed before the time limit on the day. Moreover, after having the final settlement statement for several days (realtor and myself), I signed the statement. After closing, there was over 4K more taken out in realtor fees from the proceeds of my home. I was told early in process my closing fees were well below 7 %. Well, this didn't happen. The money wired did not match the amount signed at closing. No professional ethics! Beware. Mistake after mistake. I'm very saddened with my experience with Keller Williams.

very poor service agents are not trained do not represent the sellers well we sold our home to a pre qualifyed buyer they moved the closing date up we leased a new home out of state and arranged a moving company and 5 days before closing they called us to say the financing fell thru and to bad we wont even get the ernest money deposit were out around 5000 dollars and they pushed us hard to sell our home now we have nothing and there reaction is o well sorry bjarni haraldsson and parnita singh were the agents do not do any business with these people im sure they will move to a new realty company and keller williams will not make it right there sign should say killer williams

I’ve bought and sold over 10 houses in my years and my experience with KW was only the 2nd time I’ve been disappointed. The first was many years ago with a totally green agent who was dismissed promptly. The best way I can describe this experience is if you’re looking to have someone in your corner, being your advocate, fighting for you, and protecting you, keep looking. I’m sure it can be argued that the individuals I was working with are only a small part of the company but when a company puts their name on the business cards of an individual, they are announcing that, that individual represents and personifies them as a company. Why do I write this review? Because as a buyer, I had to find the house I bought, I had to come up with the winning strategy, I had to keep pushing back when I was being pressured into just accepting things, I was the one that had stay on top of the escrow process, I had to be the one who had to keep pushing for the seller to get out on time (who was still getting out while I was walking in to do the acceptance walkthrough), I had to be the one to stay on top of making sure everything was left in the condition it was promised, and I even had to push back on my agents to make right the things that were not working despite their trying to ignore these thugs and pretend everything was OK. And what did my agents do well? They collected their commission check. I now own a home I love so my initial thought was to put all this behind me. Then I thought “I benefit from the reviews others take the time to write so I should return the favor” Use another company.
