We were relocating from another state with a massive time crunch. We were completely unfamiliar with the area and had to accommodate two adults with new jobs and three teenage boys changing schools and adjusting to a new area. Juan asked us questions about what we were looking for in a home with regard to both style and size; but also concerning the type of neighborhood we wanted to live in, the types of amenities we needed to be close to, our boys interests and the types of activities they would like to be close to, and he even helped us select what school would be the best fit for our boys. He always took our calls or responded very very quickly if he happened to be unavailable when we called. He drove us around and even helped with arrangements storing a car until I could get to New Mexico. He even picked my 85-year-old mother up at the airport and drove her around to be sure that she got to see where her daughter and grandchildren would be living. He was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He took care of finding top-notch people to help us with the financial transaction both locally and even in our home state. He seamlessly arranged closing and having every detail in place for moving in as scheduled.
