Because of past experience and advice from others, we decided to sell our home without an agent but we understood advertising was still essential. We chose to list on the FSBO New Mexico site because the homes showed well and offered MLS listing with a one-time fee and free advice. Lisa Hebenstreit offered helpful prompts and was available when needed. She suggested a photographer that was also very good. Using the FSBO site was a good decision that proved to be fairly uncomplicated and certainly worthwhile. Our home sold quickly and we saved a lot of money.
