These people are the worst person you can rent ever. They will go to your house over and over wen ever they want to make inspections and they will take pictures of everything that you had. If you past the day for pay the rent they will charge you 10% of your rent on the day 4 but to send you the deposit they are so rude they will charge you for everything and for more you clean they are going to said that you don’t clean and they have to pay someone to clean and they will take it out from your deposit. The person on property management are so rude for real don’t rent from this people! The suck the worst on town

The realtors for rentals are extremely rude. They pushed for money before we even had the lease agreement signed. I was told since I live out of town I have 7 days to get everything done, but when I went down they told me I had two days. My boyfriend and I decided to go a different direction because they wanted us to be responsible for things they should be responsible for. When i told them today we decided otherwise Bertha said "And you didn't think to tell us?" In a snotty voice. They are closed on weekends and we decided against it this weekend. So, if you choose to deal with them be prepared for rude, pushy employees who want money before you even actually have a contract with them.
