Darlene and her crew served us well, being patient for over a year until we found our dream house. My complaint is with the inspection. We weren’t told it needed a new roof. The ovens didn’t work, but Darlene paid for the repair herself. The upstairs water heater had to be replaced also. Seems these should have been found in the inspection. One of the most amazing things about Darlene is the way she responds to phone messages. We were in close contact throughout the rather long process. Also’ I really like her personally. I felt she got what we were after and stuck with us until we got it. I love my house!

We have bought and sold many houses over the years and never have we experienced the level of service we experienced with Darlene Streit. She is quick to return phone calls and text messages. Darlene and her staff are very accommodating to your requests and are very attentive to what you are in the market for. They will not drag you around showing you things that don't fit your criteria or budget. We had limited time in Santa Fe but were able to see 11 to 12 houses a day. She is an amazing negotiator. Darlene helped us buy a house in Santa Fe recently (closed on March 28, 2019) and we got to see the full range of her real estate super powers up close and personal. She knows everybody in town worth knowing and has created a team of impressive folk to help with every facet of the purchase. Her negotiating skills are UN level and her genuine concern for all parties - sellers AND buyers - really comes through. We left town with a retired police officer to look after the empty house, an architect who gets us, a construction company to do immediate repairs at a bargain price and a lawyer who had me at "Hello." I admit to a weakness for powerful women who get things done without ruffling feathers and that is Darlene in a nutshell. You'd be a fool to go with anyone else.
