At first my husband and I were very optimistic. Our realtor (Liz) seemed sweet! Right away we found our house, so we gave her our emails and started to discuss it. She tells us we should have an email in the next 15 minutes. 2 hours go by, we try to call and call her. 3 hours later she finally calls back, says she got our emails wrong, and re sends them to the right email. We fill it out in record time. The next day we find out that our application was turned in at the same time as another persons (which wouldn’t have happened if Liz would’ve just checked with us about our damn emails), so the other people get the house we wanted, cuz we have dogs and they don’t. Couple houses later, we find the one again, and we apply this time. We have a Husky who looks mixed with a Sheppard, but all his papers say husky. But since we introduced him as a mix, our realtor told (like 2 days after mind you, we had been calling her)us their insurance didn’t cover Sheppard’s, so which I begged and pleaded (we had 2 weeks before our old lease was up and we’d been looking at houses for a while month already with this place and Liz.
Liz tells us she’ll talk to the owners and see what she can do. I guess she couldn’t do anything cuz she never ever called us back. She never called us for that house, or any other available. She didn’t answer her phone, which wasn’t new, she’d done that the whole month we were working together. I’m just so furious, because my family was looking and trying, and Liz just gave up and dropped off the the face of the earth because, what? We were too hard to find a home for? Cmon, we weren’t even asking for much. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. You guys made moving the most stressful thing in the world, and I think you need to get more competent workers. Workers who aren’t just going to let ya go to voicemail. Workers that don’t ignore their clients. It’s obsurd, and we will NEVER, be doing business with you all again. Liz, you should be ashamed of yourself for leaving a family of 4 and their pets, with no home. You were our only realtor for a whole month, and you still couldn’t get us a house. It’s a shame that you have workers who just ghost people like that and get away with it.
