Well, me and my wife pulled up in front of the office with the plan of going in to talk to someone about properties we were looking at buying, as soon as we got out of the car a lady walked out and said "there's no parking here" didn't ask why we were there or anything. Just an attitude with us. We will definitely be going through another company

Leading up to my 30th birthday, I decided to travel as much as I could across the US. I researched places in New Mexico and I was intrigued by the scenery and atmosphere of Cloudcroft. I didn't want to use Airbnb or anything similar because of experiences in the past, so when looking for short term vacation rentals I found Cloudcroft Properties. I did some research on them and decided it was the perfect choice for a vacation rental, and I wasn't disappointed! I stayed with a small group of friends and family for a week. Leading up to my stay, Cloudcroft Properties answered every question professionally, honestly, and immediately. I HIGHLY recommend them when looking for vacation rental homes, thank you for everything!!
