Went to visit Ruidoso/Cloudcroft not just on vacation, but to specifically shop for a cabin. Spent a day with Joey and found a couple of cabins we loved, but felt we would be better able to afford exactly what we want at a later date. Joey was absolutely invaluable with his knowledge of the area, his real estate insight, and above all his honesty. He truly wanted to help us find the right place, and gave us so much to think about. We are from Florida. We were stuck with an estate sale. We went to the local broker in Weed. We learned brokers are not realtors. Advertising was limited and contracts were fuzzy. We were able to leave the contract which much appreciated. We got a call from a broker in Cloadcroft a local gunslinger for a single person contract. That was a disaster. Amazing how some realtors try to sneak things in. Our lawyer who was handling my wife's estate recommended Blue Canyon. We also had a recommendation for Blue Canyon from a local highly recommended trailer expert. I did my research on realtors and we decided on Blue Canyon. It was a very welcome experience. They are professional and honest. They shot straight. Easy to work with. No wonder they have most of the sales in the Cloudcroft area. They are good for both the buyer and seller.
