We rented a house through a gentlemen and Ian at Shore Points wrote the contract for us. When we arrived on Friday August 9th at 3:30pm the house was a disaster. We went to talk with Ian at Shore Points and they tried to find us somewhere else to stay with no luck. I called a local hotel and was able to get us two rooms as there were 7 of us. Ian felt horrible that we had to go through that mess so he reimbursed our money to us. Thank you Ian for all of your help. Good luck getting your money back.

Very Disappointed! Used Shore Points to rent out our condo for a weekly rental. Signed a lease saying money would be collected by 6/14. The tenants stayed the week of July 6th and its now July 23rd and we still haven’t seen a dime. We have been told multiple times the check is the mail. The latest is that they would Fed Ex our payment to us. Nothing. We can’t even get a hold of the Broker. #badbusiness, #freevacation? #crooks #stickwithlees
