I recently used the services of Rosa Agency to sell a property. I had the chance to work with Eddie Catarino as my agent and I was very pleased with his work. He was very friendly and explained every step of the process without trying to rush me into signing anything. I attempted to use the service of another real estate service prior to contacting Rosa Agency and the difference was noticeable. The previous agency was not confident in selling at the price I had wanted. Eddie, however, was very positive and willing to list the property at the price I had wanted. Buyers were found and Eddie/Rosa Agency handled everything quickly and kept me well informed all the way to the completion of the sale. Overall, I had a pretty good experience with no major problems whatsoever.

I am a tenant of Nedia Brito, & I have to say she is the most unprofessional person I know I’m currently living in an apartment where only half the electricity works & ive been contacting her for over 6month & she continuously keeps ignoring us but harass us every first of the month for our rent even though our lease specifically says the 5th. There is also mold in my bathroom and I have two young children and when I spoke with her about my concern she told me I should get a towel and wipe my ceiling down everytime after I shower because it’s not her responsibility to fix that! There is also a huge leaking in our kitchen with a cracked ceiling that she’s telling me is my responsibility to fix along with the rest of the damages in my apartment. The first floor tenants as well broke in our back door & smashed the garage window & damaged my property inside and when I went to tell her she told me it wasn’t her problem and she was too busy to deal with it! I’m super upset about the service I’ve received from her.

I know this company and their owners for over 15 years, i know a lot people on the same type of business, including some of my family, far as work ethic, commitment and honesty, i don't remember coming across anybody so focused and determined on their business, as the owners Lena Neno & Augie Neno, and this also includes the sales people that work for them, everybody is so correct, pleasant and professional , that i still didn't have a chance of purchasing any real estate, but soon i will make that move, and i don't want to deal with any other company or any other people rather then Rosa Agency! I gave a 5 star rating to the company, because i couldn't give 10 Stars! Excellent and Great Company to deal with. I do advise it all of you that are looking to buy or sell any real estate! My husband and I recently bought our first home and we went through Rosa Agency’s Augusto Neno and Jason DeBarberie. Both Augusto Neno and Jason were prompt in their responses and accomodating. Jason showed us the properties we identified online as being of interest to us. They answered questions, provided contact info for other services like home inspection, lawyer etc. We were fairly naive going into this process and needed some handholding. Jason patiently explained the steps involved making sure we were aware of any potential pitfalls or caveats. He did not rush us or try to push us into making any offers. He is a very nice guy—congenial, funny and we felt like we could trust him. So glad we chose them for buying our first home! Smooth experience. If we had to do it all over, we’d choose Jason & Rosa Agency again.
