Mark Mc Kenna was on the Seller agent side. During the deal he totally ignored the lease on a rental property and then started to not respond to the issues that arised afterwords. Literrally putting some genuine people on road that were to be moved to the property. Lousy work. Extremely poor communication and very dominating behavior. Total Scam like situation.

Mark McKenna and Jeff Amsden were great. They truly listened to my wife and my needs, and showed us different options that met our needs. Jeff took a Wednesday evening to show us houses and Mark took an entire Sunday to drive us in his very nice car to show us houses. Mark negotiated a great price on our house in an awesome neighborhood in Marlton. Mark and Jeff made us first-time buyers more relaxed in the process and helped us find a house where my wife and I will raise our kids and grow old together.

I owned my home for 27 years and made the decision it was the right time to downsize for the next phase of life. It was an emotional decision because I loved my home. I had originally signed with another realtor. There was a lot of traffic but no offers with substance. I took my house off the market and thought to try again with Mark because he had successfully sold five houses for immediate family members. From the start, Mark made it a positive experience. He gave me an honest assessment of my home and suggestions to allow the house to show at it's best. He knew the market well and the going rate for my size home - he priced my home to sell and that is what happened. My house was sold in one day. We are all busy with the day to day so when Mark said "unless you hear from me know you don't need to do a thing" He was right - he, and his staff, handled everything. I just needed to be home for inspections and closing requirements, etc. Mark's knowledge, experience and confidence gave me the security that the sale of my home was in good hands. I recommend Mark to everyone I know.
