This is a response to Ms. Bosick's claims as stated in her review. Lees Real Estate Agency takes customer service very seriously, and believe we treated Ms. Bosick's inquiry with sincerity and dedication.
The bottom line is that Ms. Bosick requested a rental rate for a specific property, for a period which the owner typically does not rent - Labor Day Weekend. On the owner's rental registration form, we offer owners the space to fill in what the rental rate would be for Labor Day Weekend. This owner indicated on his form "No Weekend Rentals".
This was conveyed to Ms. Bosick. However, because Ms. Bosick specifically asked about this property, we indicated we would place a special inquiry to the owner to see whether they would be interested to rent the property for Labor Day Weekend. Apparently, the one week time frame which it took, over several phone calls to both landlord and tenant to clear up details, was too long for Ms. Bosick.
We regret that Ms. Bosick found her experience with our agency unsatisfactory. However, every year we rent to hundreds of repeat customers that have come back to us every year for their rental needs ... some customers have returned to us for 20 or more years. Our family personally checks our guests in and out - we see the smiles on their faces when the arrive for their beach vacation, and as they return the keys to us and say their goodbyes, we know we will see them next year when they return to us and the Wildwoods for their summer vacation. We have built our business upon years and years of providing exemplary customer service.
