I had the most unpleasant experience working with Jill Guzman. She was unprofessional and unethical. She had the listing for over one year and she did a poor job marketing and showing the house to prospective buyers. After requesting a Release from Jill Guzman, I listed with Coldwell Banker Liberty and received an offer two weeks later and finally closed a few weeks ago. I would not recommend Jill Guzman Realty!

My husband and I are so completely happy with the services of Jill Guzman Realty. We owned a 2 family home on Inslee Place Elizabeth NJ for 2 years. We decided to move South to a warm climate and we called Jill. In less than two weeks our house was under contract and we had to start packing!!! There was a lot to pack after 20 years!!!! We can not say enough about Jill and her office manager Betsy. She was the kindest and most caring ever! We want them to visit us in our new home in Florida and enjoy the beach. I had the most unpleasant, unprofessional experience with Jill Guzman Reality - she was unprofessional, unethical and very rude! The listing agent Altheria Fairfax would not return my calls nor would she return a few potential buyers voice messages. I actually had three people ring my door asking to see the house because the listing agent wouldn't return their calls. They had the listing for 8 months and did a poor job marketing and showing the house to prospective buyers. Out of those 8 months I had a potential buyer stall the deal twice to only find out he didn't qualify for a mortgage. 4 months I wasted under contract (and not showing it to other potential buyers) because Her office staff had no clue what was going on, her two realtors working in the same office couldnt communicate between themselves nor get their facts straight which resulted to them not providing me with any responses or answers. Their communications skills are horrible!!!! I can't understand how she is in business and the state hasn't revoke her license.

How can we tell you the happiness we feel? After paying rent for 19 years we came to you to rent a new apartment. We never dreamed we would be able to be homeowners!!!!!! October 18, 2018, we closed the title on our wonderful new home and yes we are homeowners!!!! My new home in Roselle Park!! The kitchen is so beautiful that my wife will be cooking nonstop for myself and our two wonderful boys… My boys would only have to walk 2 blocks to Roselle Park High School. This agency is absolutely poor with service and communication. I am truly frustrated and am held hostage to a contract. This agency claims they are doing their best. I had only 2 open houses of which the agent brings her family and friends to BBQ. Sellers BEWARE!

Truly disgusting people!!! I stopped by with my daughter to get some information on a luxury apartment they had for rent. They told me the apartment was rented and brushed me off. On the way out, I heard this older man say in spanish, "WE DON'T WASTE OUR TIME WITH MONKEYS." DISPICABLE place. I ignored it since I was with my daughter, but I want the world to know how they feel about us over at Jill Guzman Realty!! This place deserve to be shut down for good!!!!!
