I came to view an apartment in the Elizabeth area the agent who showed the apartment also had booked the appointment with other potential tenants. After the second viewing I then ask the agent what do they based approval for residency ? I was informed that prior evictions and criminal history, and some credit. After calling to check status I was informed that I was not approved because mainly my credit! Had I known that would had been the main factor I would not have apply due to I am working on building my credit! I am a single mom going threw a divorce had they asked I would have explained my situation. I do not like the fact I was misinform and my time was wasted and money due to I had to spend 35$ just be told my credit was low. That I am aware of which might I add was approved for a car note from a big bank (Capital One)so it can't be that horrible! I also I had to miss church just because the viewing was Sunday.Fo Do not waste your time to view if your credit is low you will be denied!

Horrible would give negative stars if I could. They are non responsive Non attentive. I honestly think they do not want to sell a house. Bought house from them that was flipped by possibly the worst scumbag I have ever had to deal with . The agent from this agency was so non responsive we almost killed the deal. Be careful while dealing with there houses that are flipped by a contract because you will be dealing with open permits and half done reconstruction. This place is an utter joke and should be reported to the BBB .
