As first time home buyers we were very nervous entering the process. Working with Matt and Peter changed everything. Their responsiveness, their knowledge, and their demeanor allowed us to enjoy the process as opposed to fearing the process. They took the time to make sure we understood what needed to happen and helped us with every step. When we encountered a problem, Matt immediately responded, while on vacation, to ensure that it was resolved within the hour. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with Halsted Hoboken and Maria Obow. I had been looking for a home for a very very very long time and I felt that the agent I was working with was just not listening to me or even addressing my concerns. Out of desperation I called a friend of mine who works at the Halsted office in Harlem. She found me Maria Obow at the Hoboken office and immediately she answered my concerns and questions and within a month found me an amazing apartment/condo I could not be happier with. I am beyond grateful because she saved me from making the worst mistake of my life. My advice, make sure you work with an agent that listens to you and is not just out for themselves and I recommend Halsted Hoboken whatever your budget is..
