Pearl was an excellent instructor. She knows the subject material very well an ensures everyone understand before progressing. The course is rigerous as there is a lot of information to be learned in a short time but she prepares you beyond well enough to be able to pass the state Exam on your first try.. highly recommend for anyone looking the get there NJ RE license!

They guided me through every step of the home purchasing process from Home selection, to acquiring a mortgage and real estate lawyer. Finding the perfect home would not have been possible without someone who cared as much as the realtor I worked with here. He picked up the phone and responded to texts as late as 12:00 AM and as early as 8:00 AM!

Buying my first home, I thought I was prepared and knew what to look for. I admit, I was probably a little too eager and excited and almost purchased the wrong home. G26 not only helped walk me through the process, they even pointed out problems w/ the property that I was initially looking at and actually found me a better property for a much lower price! They could have easily just had me purchase the first home I looked at, but they cared enough to find me a better home for a better price. Working with a company that cares about its customers and not just about money is such a refreshing experience.

Shady business practices with home listing in a hot market. They are specialists at creating bidding wars so buyer beware you will be gouged and your time will be wasted unless you are willing to pay way above asking price. Only hope is somehow the real estate industry will protect homebuyers against predators like these who fabricate situations that inflate sale prices. Stay away!

I was introduced to Jessy Santillan last Friday evening from an friend that lives in the Hoboken area and told him I was looking for a descent place almost immediately due to renovation circumstances. I literally called Jessy about 5pm in the afternoon and told him my situation and where I need to be between my two offices in Bridgewater, NJ and My New York business. He started asking me important questions and went to work right away. Extremely professional! Received about 7 different properties to look at and Saturday and Sunday I looked at the a few and Monday by 10:30 made a healthy decision and signed a lease with the “Modern” in Fort Lee, NJ Jessy is a great young man with a good head on his shoulders and ran to get things done. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Looking for a perfect first home seemed like a daunting task, I'm glad we had Group26. Being on a limited budget, yet wanting a good school district and certain key amenities. We knew it would be a lot of work, but our agent was up for the challenge. Looking at houses for 8 months or so seemed never ending. Through out the process we never felt pressured or rushed, always given good advice and felt well taken care of. When we finally found the one, the closing process was a breeze and were even connected with a great contractor. Thanks for being so patient with us!! Recently invited and attended an event to raise funds for a family battling pediatric cancer. Amazing and kind hearted group of professionals to have organized such an event!
