Let me start out by saying that whether you are a first time home buyer or not Andrew Zastko is truly the best of the best. He is the best in terms of knowledge, maturity, and professionalism. Most of all he looks out in the best interest of his clients as if we are family. Based on my experience Andrew has never put money over what is truly the best for us in terms of purchase or selling. My family and I have worked with Andrew Zastko since the early 90’s. Every time anyone has been ready to move or sell we went through him. When I say he is the best in terms on knowledge- Andrew was upfront and honest when we listed our home and his tips have always delivered positive results. We sold our home in two weeks this past spring and was on point with the advice he gave us. When we were ready to buy the first time and now he makes sure that we look at homes that are in our price range .He truly understands what we were looking for and continues to provide the most sincere guidance. Every house we walk into, Andrew shows the home with complete honesty, high attention to every detail, helps check all items and informs us of any issues or any other questions we may have. He is very honest when it comes to a good or bad location or a home that may not be the best choice regardless of the cost. Commission is not first on is mind, but to make sure we are comfortable has always been his priority. When it comes to questions about real estate he not only answers them, he explains why with factual details so that the buyer or seller properly understands. His information is accurate not just rehearsed as some realtors in the market do. We are still searching for a home and I have to tell you he is the most patient and humble person I have ever met. We had recently made an offer on a home and we ended up not wanted to go through with the offer. Andrew stood by our side so patiently and never once showed any frustration or an attitude even though he lost a potential commission and a lot of time going back and forth. To us this is an example of maturity and professionalism. This is how good business relationships are made. He sat for hours through the inspection even though he knew we did not want the house. Being the owner of such a large business and never taking anything to small or big is what humble professionalism is and that is Andrew for sure. I cannot say enough great things about our experience working with Andrew Zastko. He is the best of the best as a person and as a realtor. We know we are in the best hands every time because he knows Real Estate like no one else.

This brokerage needs to be reported immediately! Apparently I’m not alone. I should’ve read up on them before going the distance. I can’t believe they’ve flown under the radar for this long! This is the most corrupt, backwards, lying, bait-and-switch, chop shop real estate agency I’ve ever come across. I wouldn’t do a deal with their firm if they were giving away their listings! My only encounters with them have only consisted of lies and manipulation of people to try and do business. Shameful. They give the local Mom and Pop shops a bad reputation. I can’t begin to discuss the disgusting interactions I’ve had with them. From their realtor, Jay, trying to cut my broker out of a deal, to lying to the owner of the house to cut me out, and bring in another buyer, so they can keep the whole commission, to accepting our offer and reneging a few days later, to coming back asking for more money..we agreed...signed...and they reneged again. To being in attorney review, and them and their client still showing the house and never going into attorney review on their end. And cut us out last minute! AFTER SAYING IT WAS A DONE DEAL! We listed our house for sale, to move into this Zastko listing. We have been screwed beyond belief! Our house that we live in, that’s being sold, is getting multiple bids and we have nowhere to go now...with a NEWBORN IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER!!!!!! The greed shown by this chop shop of a brokerage is disgusting! It’s bad for the real estate industry and deserves to be reprimanded. They’ve unfortunately crossed the line with the wrong guy. The wrong guy that doesn’t walk away quietly. This is the just beginning. You’ve put my family in harms way. You will never do that another family again. MLS, BBB, State of NJ, City of North Brunswick and more. This amateur operation needs to be curbed. If you’re looking for a home or looking for a realtor, look for a reputable company like a ReMax or Century 21. These people give the mom and pop a bad name. Thank you for ruining me and my family’s Christmas and holiday season!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This agent was very late with the listing of my property on MLS, took unprofessional promotional pics and missed several appointments with potential tenants who wanted to see my condominium. I received complaints that this agent also failed to respond promptly to voicemails and emails from prospective renters. I learned my lesson! Gloria Zastko’s standards are second to none and this is why they are my Realestate company of choice. They make me feel like family! Keep up the great job!
