My wife and I have no reservations about referring anyone to Desatnick Realtors. She and I have exacting expectations of what we wanted in a home in Cape May. Stacy Hutchinson worked with us for a year to find the home we wanted. Her professionalism and due diligence is unmatched, in our opinion. She listened to our needs and our wants, they did change several times over that year, and in August of 2017 we closed on our home. Stacy did not stop after the closing. She has helped us with permits, local business leads we can trust and has even helped with some furniture delivery that we could not be there for. Todd Desatnick also stepped up to the customer service plate when the closing came and made sure that it happened while we were on vacation so we could walk from the beach, to the office and out with the keys. We now deal with another of the Desatnick team, Jim Peoples with DRE services. When some repairs are needed or changes had to be done on the house Jim has always stepped up and made sure that they are not only done, but done correctly. It is a fantanstic feeling to know that if something needs attention we can rely on Jim without hesitation. We have decided to rent our house out when we aren't using it and we completely trust Stacy, Todd and Jim to keep our clients happy. Call Desatnick and ask for Stacy!! there will be no regrets!!

Our June 2016 vacation was not all that it was supposed to be. This property needed to be whipped into shape! It was an expensive rental and we expected more. The carpets were dirty, and worn. Upper deck off of the bedroom was filthy. The pool needed to be cleaned and the filters looked dirty. The porch patio needed to be cleaned. The tile flooring grout in the living room was coming up. Door to the washer and dryer was off the hinges. Lint galore in the dryer basket. House was just worn out and dirty in general. Took pictures of everything. Emailed them to Desatnick when we checked in to the north cape may property. Numerous phone calls too! Spoke with Ryan personally and he blew me off! TOO busy to come see the property and to rectify the situtation. WE WILL NEVER RENT ANOTHER PROPERTY AGAIN FROM DESATNICK!!!!

Beware - I rented a condo for a week in Cape May - when we checked in bathroom did not flush - the realty was hesitant to help because they said they couldn't get in touch with owners of condo. The condo only had one bathroom so we had to use bathroom in office of condo for 2 days of our rental until they finally sent someone out to fix it - If that wasn't bad enough when I got home they tried to keep my security deposit because they said that I had left "eggshells in the kitchen sink" I would not make this up!!!! When my husband and I left the condo we cleaned it spotless - What a scam - I had to make a ton of phone calls to fight for my security deposit back - would never recommend this realty - so upsetting
