Staff was was outstanding! We had the Ford House Down! Althougth the house is old and dated it had all amenties! Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer 3 Bedrooms 4 BATHROOMS. Walk right out the back door and and have morning coffee by the PRIVAT POOL shared of course with upstairs as we did not rent the entire house. Walking distance to the golf cart rental dealer, and of course we rented one and HAD A BLAST!!!!!! Dog Friendly! Ringo had the time of his life!!!!!!!! Going back for a week in May. WE CAN HARDLY WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CON Cleaning crew needs to clean underr furniture.

Chuck Thomas exemplifies, by far, the best in the realty business. His professionalism, dedication, integrity, and resolve exceeded expectations when he sold my father’s old home. The home was in need of repairs and refurbishment. Chuck went beyond the call of duty by managing all the work with the various contractors. He handled it all for me. He also supported me when the home was burglarized. Chuck was right there by my side when the police arrived. All the copper pipes were stolen from the basement. As a result, the home required installation of all new plumbing. Chuck ensured that the plumbing work was completed. On a personal note, Chuck cares about the people involved and their circumstances. He provides services that are personalized to fit the unique needs of his clients. He is not all about money; he is all about people. Over the years I’ve sold four homes, and other realtors pale in comparison. I would highly recommend Thomas Realty Century 21 to all!

C21/Thomas issued contract with their buyer for my house. Contract included furniture, dishes, linens, etc., less personal items. All inspections & survey passed, however, buyer cancelled 4 walk thru appointments. Closing was in TWO weeks. We worked like crazy to pack and store at cost of $4,800 as our new home is not complete. C21/Thomas failed it's fiduciary responsibility by NOT RECEIVING ESCROW MONEY or informing us! C21/Thomas also failed to get proof of funds and transfer closing funds to lawyer. Buyer tried to get key for last minute walk thru before closing but we refused. (We think they may have intended to become squaters) Buyer failed to show up for closing for two days while WE LIVE IN BACK OF HORSE TRAILER. C21/THOMAS refuses to give us a single $ towards $2,500 escrow & $4,800 storage costs. We're back on the market and will have to pay full cost to move furniture. C21/Thomas had THREE contracts with same buyer simultaneously that all failed. STAY AWAY FROM C21/THOMAS

Thomas Beach Vacations is not a professional institute. They did not offer to change our room accomodations until the next to the last day of our stay. Thus, we stayed in an extremely nasty and smoke laden unit for the duration ofvour stay. I called to complain each day and didn't have 2 phone calls returned at all. The unit we booked was listed on their site as non-smoking but the unit smelled as if it had been smoked in for a month. Thus, we will never use Thomas Beach Vacations again.

He has been my property manager for the last year. I recently renewed my lease because I love my rental, but he sneakily failed to disclose that the heat was now only controlled by my downstairs neighbor. So I am freezing! She has one floor, I have two. Additionally, he had contractors start work on the back yard and roofing. The deck isn’t my issue, because it is in the lease for the downstairs neighbor. But they still are not done and the debris has been there for nearly a month. He is unethical and a charlatan.

Chuck Thomas is a TOTAL Blowhard, he thinks that he can bully and intimidate people. There are ZILLIONS of Real Estate agents, so do yourself a HUGE FAVOR and choose someone else! My friends used this arrogant cocky NON-professional and it was the worst experience of their lives! DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

What a great experience we have been coming to Myrtle Beach for the last 4 years and always used another rental company. Not only did Thomas Beach Rental beat there competitors price by 400 dollars but the property was newer, nicer, & had more. We think that Thomas Beach Rental will be our new home for our annual family Reunion!!

Horrible management... Live in 204 NW Atlantic Ave magnolia NJ for a yr n 2 months but not signing contract anymore. Evrytime to get something fix it’s a waiting time of never. My bathtub been broke since I moved in never been replace always putting excuses thanks God I keep my apartment very clean n nice because they never done anything. Huge n biggest headache it’s the yard last summer it was done probably only one time a month this year looks about the same evrytime it’s yes someone coming n no one never comes when it’s spring it should be done evry week. Got cops knocking on my door almost evry week because the grass it’s out of control. Mosquitos n all bugs around because of the grass. I called him almost everyday I’m really getting tired of calling and not having the yard done. So if I keep having this issue I will find the way to get in touch with the real owners and talk to them about my issue. I work all day come home tired and it just makes me sick evrytime I get home and see the grass how it is.so not recommend this realtor for nothing you can get way better.

Family of ten at A Blessing from Above North Villa for one week 8/16. Family had a very relaxing time together. If the price is right we will try to return next year. Promptly responded to an issue reported. Special attention needed for floors. beds and shower curtains. Nothing major. The place was what the family needed. Staff is great!

After coming in from Phila to see a property for a annual renter I was so disappointed that they didn't even know and forgot we were coming in but inform us that they were only opened Mondy thru Fri 9 till 5 and if we wanted to see any other properties we only had Fri as we were leaving on Sunday. They could care less if we that we came in for 4 days so apparently make sure if you are looking for a property you must be available on their clocks ! Never again !

We reserved a nice house online that we had stayed in before. Not until we got the email confirmation was there any mention that the dock was not in service. Then after waiting a few days for a 48-hour confirmation call that never came, we called to confirm the reservation only to be told that they no longer had that house anymore. If we hadn't called we might have not known until it was far too late to make other arrangements. I spent most of the following day trying to get someone on the phone regarding this situation. Beyond refunding the deposit, this company was unwilling to do anything to make amends for the huge inconvenience. We used to use this company a lot but after this fiasco we will be looking elsewhere.
