I have also come into contact with a rude older gentleman, i beleive his name was Charlie, had a real egotistical air about himself. There is no way i would ever consider buying or selling property from these people, and i will advise everyone i know to stay away. They are full of themselves, and will talk down to you. I Believe Nancy, a previous reviewer, and am appalled they are still in business after such behavior and a lack of respect to customers.
