NO STARS!!! I normally do not write reviews but this one needs to be heard! I summited my application for office assistant position they have been promoting on all over career websites. I exchanged emails back and forth with the office administrator that concluded into an in person interview. The office administrator substituted the word interview with “ Come in and Chat” which made me scratch my head but OK.. An hour before I was scheduled to “ come in a chat” I received an email stating “Hi Michael, I want to thank you for our interest in this position, we have decided to go in a different direction with our office and are no longer hiring.” Did my last name “Torres” change your mind last minute should it have been “Smith” instead? EXTREMELY unprofessional and extremely disappointing! I will not recommend this office to anyone! After emailing the office explaining how unprofessional that was they later sent me an email saying “We have reviewed your application. Unfortunately, you are not the right fit for the position at this time. I am sorry for the disappointing news. “All I have to say is WOW!!!!!!!!

Dishonest. Lost a lot of money renting through them. Broker made a lot of money this year on my apartment via colluding with landlord to obstruct truth. Don’t rent through them.

Century 21 of Hoboken is one of, if not the, best real estate offices in the area. I've dealt with them quite a few times, and each time is a delight. They helped me to find my lovely new apartment in Jersey City, for which I can not thank them enough! Their staff is very courteous and kind. They make me feel like family. Love you guys!

Worst experience ever! Worst customer service ever. Called customer service for help on my century 21 card because I never received an actual card & they put my card on hold for $16 and the lady that I was speaking with kept talking over me and even hung up the phone when I asked to speak with a supervisor. WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!
