18 months after I bought my place they still had it listed for sale in their window because it looks nice and the price was good. When I asked if it was available I was told "let me check" as if they didn't know it had been sold for well over a year. Bait and switch much? Embarrassing excuse for a real estate broker.

I’m a naturally skeptical person, especially about the real estate market. Nevertheless, due to the "horrors" I saw during my long search for an apartment to rent in Jersey City, I came to the conclusion that I had to work with an agent. Moreover, she was straightforward and didn't waste my time.
