Allison Ziefert was exactly what we wanted in our realtor. First, she spent the time to educate us on the process - she suggested we spend the time reviewing with her each step of the process and each of the documents. This was invaluable later when we were buying a home, and in the speed of getting official offers in and negotiating. In the SOMA area this process is stressful, and pre knowing what we were signing and the full picture of the process was great. Then, Allison also took the time to learn about what kind of home we were looking for and then offered her honest opinion of what were the positive and negative points to the home, and what to think about in 5 years or 10 years about the home. And, she gave us space to look on our own. She is incredibly trust-worthy, which we found to be one of the most important traits between realtor and buyer. this has to be #1. She also took the time to educate us on the competitive market and the different and often unknown scenarios that new buyers face in this unique market (like waiving the appraisal). You also will have a ton of questions from day 1 to closing and she was always available for us. We can't really say enough great things about Allison.
