Cannot say enough good things about Suzanne. We first met Suzanne 3 years ago after having two houses falling through with our previous agent. My wife and I were absolutely demoralized and were ready to give up, but after some insistence from some friends of ours we reached out to her. We were very nervous at first, we were first time home buyers and had been looking at houses for 6 months. On top of that we'd had two transactions fall through for seemingly no reason. Suzanne met with us walked us through the process of buying a home and found us the perfect house. It was a breath of fresh air. From when we met Suzanne to when we closed on our dream home it was less then 45 days. After living in our home for 3 years we decided it was time to move. We didn't hesitate in calling Suzanne. With in a week she walked us through what we needed to do to sell it and went to work. In 55 days we had 22 showings on our home, and with Suzanne's keen eye on the market were able to get what we needed to sell our home, while still keeping negotiations amicable and pleasant. We cannot recommend Suzanne enough.

Finding Suzanne was a serious case of serendipity, but I’m sure glad we did! My fiancée actually contacted her because she was the listing agent on a property we were interested in, but she had just sold it that morning. She was very willing to help us into a new home though, and actually found us a list of about ten properties she thought we might be interested in that same afternoon!
