Serious integrity issues. My general contractor had a contract with them to install garage doors at my home. Apparently the contractor was slow to pay (we have paid the contractor on time for all services in accordance with the contract we signed) and Noelle Byrnes of Sweeney & Sweeney sent us a certified letter and demanded payment from us, threatening to put an attachment against our home. Here is the thing. This is fraudulent and meant to bully and intimidate the uninformed. They are well aware we have no contract with them and they have no legal recourse with us. Yet they deliberately seek to misinform and threaten. What if I didn't know better? What if I was a timid old lady and hastily paid a bill that is not mine? Any firm that would employee these tactics is not one anyone wants to do business with as they cannot be trusted to be ethical. The weirdest thing is that the door we're only installed a month ago so the contractor (who has always been ethical) can't be all that late on his bill. Clearly they are giving bad advice to their client who will now get bad reviews of his service despite a good product. Where has civility gone? This is why people hate lawyers.

I would encourage you to go elsewhere... unless you want extra expenses due to careless last minute preparations. I asked multiple times what documents needed to be obtained and was assured there was nothing only to find out just days before closing that there was. As a result, I had to pay hundreds of dollars to rush the process. I find this office to be incompetent and irresponsible.
