The occupancy manager Linda Watson is a racist person who likes to help the other tenants of ossipee village create lies. She tends to play your side then she turns around and sends letters to your house claiming that of some thing different once she gets the info that she is looking for. Example 1: she calls me at work claiming that a tenant/s saw my husband and I doing something illegal. I ask her when this was supposed to have happened she responds with one day the date. I respond well thats kinda hard seeing as my husband was in the hospital and myself and my children where sleeping at this approximate time of the illegal activities. She then goes on to say well when did he go into the hospital when did he get out and so on, I give her the info and she hangs up. Well 4 days later (on a sunday) I'm outside with my 2 older boys and I had to use the bathroom so I run upstairs while using the bathroom my son runs upstairs yelling that some lady is taking pictures of him so I run down stairs by the time I got outside she was back into her apt. I ask my son where she was and what apt she went into so he shows me I immediately called Linda voicemail left a message about what went down and how I didn't like that another tenant was photographing my kids I gave the apt number as I do not know the other ppl who live here ( been less then 3 months that I have been living here) so I don't know menu of the ppl names. Well I never got a call back in regards to it but today (2days after pix we're taken) I get a letter in mail from Linda saying that my husband was cought doing what her and I had discussed saying my husband and I will be evicted if they get another call about illegal activities done by me or my husband but the funny part I read in the letter from Linda was the dates changed as well as the day. If my husband and I was doing illegal activities why did the ppl who saw us doing it wait almost a week to report it? Why did they not only wait a week to report it but why did they not call the police? I believe it is a fabrication all in this lady Linda's mind. The complaints about my family started within 5 days of moving into the property and has supposedly not stopped since then. She is now threatening to evict my family. We have done nothing to anyone we are a family who stays to ourselves we work for all that we have and it seems that since we are not ghetto like the other trash in the complex she is trying to get us thrown out. Example 2: next door neighbor bangs on my door yelling at me about my kids being loud. Only 8:20 pm not even close to the noise ordinance she then physically puts her hands on me to try and gain access to my home I then mange to get her out of my house and lock it I again call Linda's voice mail leave a message as to what happens it takes her almost 3 full days to call me back and she never even did any more about the lady physically putting her hands on me.. I feel yes she is a racist and nothing will change my mind about here. There is way more then is allowed to be put here but with those 2 examples of what my family has been put thru since March 1st 2017 I think it's safe to say I'm right about her. Please if your a black or mixed family think twice about living in center ossipee village apartment. We are the only mixed family here and the only family being harassed by Linda Watson. We can't even get a letter to the main office due to it goes directly thru her office first. Sad sad sad that she miss treats such nice and easy going ppl who was looking to stay here for many years and is now sad and determined to get the he'll out asap
