I've only been here a couple months, but I love it here. The price per square foot is a little high, but since we don't need 900+ square feet (what everything else in the area seems to be offering), the cost here is much less. Plus, the offices come fully furnished, so there's no need to go out and buy chairs, desks, etc. Great view (at least from where I'm sitting), great staff. I plan on staying for a while.

The office space is very comfortable and more importantly the staff in the facility is outstanding. There is always a pleasant air and atmosphere in the office and you are always greeted with a smile. Whenever assistance is needed, the staff is readily available and are consummate professionals. I have utilized the office space for the past six months and I have nothing but positive feedback to provide.

I leased office space from Regus for 8 months. Let me just say that I was less than impressed with Walter. He told us everything we wanted to hear to get us in there to sign; however month after month there was ALWAYS an issue. Everything from billing, and being charged for their “kitchen and coffee” services, to being charged DOUBLE rent one month, to the poor air quality in the office I was in. The WiFi was slow and/or would quick you off. There was a leak in the ceiling that completely SOAKED my paper shredder, as well as the carpet and corner of the desk; leaving my office smelling like a garbage truck. I requested to move offices and was charged a “move out restoration fee” and when I spoke to Alyssa about it she said it was in my contract, however Walter told me when he gave me a tour of the offices that there would only be a “restoration fee” IF we put holes in the wall. We never hung anything on the walls or changed anything in the office. I was pretty upset at this point. Packages that were delivered to the front desk were sometimes not logged, I had a missing package that was in someone else’s office upon Alyssa do an “investigation” and finding that it was delivered to someone else. They will say “if you ever need anything please let us know” but will charge you for the littlest thing. If you use a glass for water or a fork, you’ll be charged! I spent a few hours going through my statements and found error after error. They WILL charge you for things you never even used in hopes that you don’t notice it on your statement. I’ll never lease from Regus again. Extremely disappointed in the “management” of Walter and their billing system SUCKS! It’s based out of India. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

Nice office atmosphere with kitchen and coffee machine provided. Very expensive for the space you get and you are better off renting your own space somewhere at a certain point.

Where to start.........I needed office space for my new company and searched several locations. Hands down, the Nashua Regus facility was the best. New, modern offices with lots of amenities, overlooking a great view of the surrounding countryside and upscale office buildings. The staff is excellent and attentive. Always upbeat and helpful. I've had several clients in for visits, and they too commented on the professional (and happy) staff and modern facility.

Wonderful place for a Virtual, or a real-world Office. Absolutely fantastic front-desk personnel, beautiful clean facility and a quiet work environment. I've been a Virtual Office customer of Regus's Nashua location for a few years and don't regret a minute of it.

I have been renting an office at the Regus office in Nashua NH for approximately one year. I am very please with the location, office space, and office set-up. The price is very reasonable for what you get. The level of service and support in the office is also excellent. Alyssa and Joan are always enthusiastic, cheerful, and cooperative. They keep the office running and are always available willing to help. I can recommend the Regus Nashua office to anyone who is looking for space in a shared office environment.
