In addition to his insight and feedback on valuation and local market conditions, Greydon has been instrumental in helping us get acclimated to the Mount Washington Valley area. This includes small things like offering restaurant recommendations to helping us assemble the right team of professionals to help us renovate/manage our home and coordinating things like furniture delivery. Awesome service and great options. We rented a house right in town from options ranging from cabins to huge 5 room houses. The house was fully stocked with toys and games to keep the kids entertained while we soaked in the hot tub! Very clean and new looking bedding. The house was difficult to find on GPS but the rep at Pinkham Real Estate gave written directions that took us right there making it super easy to find. I would recommend this company for any get away needs or any real estate needs, painless, easy. I will definitely be using them again!

Josh Brustin will lie to get you to sign up with Pinkham Realty then wont even enter your property into the MLS for weeks while showing your house only through his own in house agents. He will deny agents access to the property and will not return phone calls and emails to both the realtors and client. He wont let you know whats going on with your property or when it is being shown. Then after you fire him for breech of contract, he will threaten you and tell other realtors and valley residents how terrible you are and how he will make sure your house never sells. My advice to anyone selling in the Valley, get a realtor from outside of the area. If you are living out of state, check your property often and make unexpected surprise visits and trust no one. My realtor outside the area had 2 full price offers in less than 3 weeks after firing Josh. My house closed last week and after 15 years in the valley I am sad and happy at the same time. Good luck in your house search, the valley is a beautiful area to raise your family, just get a realtor from outside this clicky area.

Poor business practices. Beware. We had spoken with them about renting one of their properties and sent in the check and contract. They apparently one check their mail once a week so it was never picked up and they rented the property to someone else. I have now spoken with other realtors in the community and they are not surprised this happened working with them. They actually offered to contact the owner of the property to make him/her aware of the poor business practice. Avoid is possible. There are may other respectable realtors.
