Slum lords do not rent from these people. We had our apartment flooded out bye the neighboring tenants and they took a week to even come and look at the damage. Then took two weeks to air dry we had to vacuum up the water. I have pictures. We reported our bathroom fan stopped working and they never fixed so black mold started to grow in the bathroom they blamed us. When we moved in found that the driveway flooded and would come into the house so with an agagreement with the property manager Diane i would do a french drain and get reimbursed almost $1000 i was never reimbursed. Now that we have moved out they refuse to give the securoty deposit. Even thou i repaired all the nail holes in the wall and my exwife and her aunt went back and cleaned the house. Again do not rent from these people They are slum lords
