Ella Reap and her team are best of the best. We were first time home buyers and had lots of questions and concerns. Ella treated us like family and was so helpful. She took us out on several house hunting trips and never tried to coerce us in anyway. She answered all of our questions, no matter how trivial, and I felt like she always was fighting for our interests. She even was able to get us into homes that hadn't hit the market yet which actually led to us buying the home we did. She really worked hard to help us find the right home which really fit our needs and budget well. Throughout the entire closing process she was right there helping us along and making sure we were not be taken advantage of as first time home buyers. Ella has extensive experience and knows the real estate market in southern New Hampshire really well. Because she has such extensive experience working with both sellers and buyers from low cost homes to million dollar homes she understands what needs to happen to get you what you want. She is sweet and kind yet firm and fierce when it comes to your interests as her client. Look no further for a real estate agent, Ella and her team will take care of you.

Ella is the Greatest! Our house was on the market for 10 weeks before we changed realtors. Old realtor just wanted to reduce price and occasional open house. Ella sold our house within 1 week at almost asking price. She guided us through the negotiations and closed on our original planned date. I cannot say enough about ELLA. She knows Hollis, she presents the pros and cons of living in Hollis. She knows how to market house to get maximum exposure. She is respected and works well with all realtors. Her staff (Meagan & Leigh) were also fantastic. She was always available to respond to our questions and concerns. If ELLA was busy then her staff would follow up and address our concerns. My husband and I were relocating from Texas and we found Ella online. We gave her a call to have her schedule us to see some properties since we were visiting the Nashua, NH area for a few days. She agreed to schedule 2 I found on zillow myself and we were waiting almost an hour for her to show up and she never showed. She returned my call a few hours later and then started cursing at my husband and I that we are uneducated because we are hispanic and cant understand. She insulted us and then my husband finally hung up. Someone with this disgusting outlook on hispanic speaking people not being able to have great english is bizarre. Ella should be out of business.
