Brady Price was AMAZING in helping us find my parents a house so we could move them to Reno from Iowa to be closer with family. The Professional service we received from Brady was Knowledge of the area being a Native Nevadan, Detailed Forward thinking individual, always one step ahead and Responsive, always answered the phone when we called and always followed up with us when he said he would. We will be using Brady on our next Investment deal.

I had a brief encounter on the phone with Kendall Masuko , an agent of Dickson. He was pushy, rude and loud on the phone with me. He was trying to fix a problem he has with dates of one of his clients that I am moving. He wouldn't give me the name or exact date of the client. It was impossible to deal with him.

Brady does the research on your community....more than a “comp” of the area...he actually tracks the homes in the area with high value and pending sales to make sure he lists your home at the highest possible value rather than an average based on accumulation of recent sales. He’s detailed, very knowledgeable of the market, and works his butt off. He listed my home on July 3rd at 3:00 pm and had it sold by 11:30 am the next morning. He sold it over asking price in a market that is losing steam. His relationships within the community are strong and he’s a very impressive person!! I can not recommend Brady Price enough!!! OUTSTANDING job!! My transaction was very small but I was treated like I had a million dollar property to sell. If you're looking for a reputable and honest agency and agent, this agency and Kim Buckout are them. I came into this property in an unfortunate way and Kim was so helpful in assisting me to navigate the zoning, HOA rules and the California market. Every step of the way she made quite an effort to keep my costs down and promote the sale. As a real estate agent in Illinois, I was so impressed with the time, care and knowledge she showed. I am a renting Tenant in Stead where Wayne Moon came to my house and knocked numerous times. I work graveyard and was sleeping and his persistent banging was enough to wake me up. I made it outside as he was driving off to find an envelope taped to my door with blue tape framing it. I called him to inform him that I am just the tenant and to please not disturb me again and that I would pass the message along to the owner. He told me that "I better because next time he was coming with the Sheriff and a lockout order and would only have 15 minutes to get all of my belongings. I am a single father of 3 and Dickson Realty is trying to muscle me out of my lease between me and the landlord. I am just the tenant stuck in the middle and this prick has the nerve to come at me like that? I personally wouldn't want to do business with people of this caliber. Fair warning to all looking to do business with these people.

We listed our home with Lori of Dickson Realty in February 2017. She has been difficult to get a hold of and lied about an open house she didn't have. We had our house listed for $16,000 less than the 'zestiment' on Zillow at the recommendation of Lori, yet the house was only shown 16 times over 3 months...though she did try claiming more. She didn't know my neighbors have a webcam pointed at our house...oh, caught in another lie wasn't she!
